Tea Tree, Noosa National Park - Tropical destination.

From a Distance

Posted on: 7th June, 2013 No Comments

If your wondering where all the sand thats been stripped off our east coast has gone, I think I know where it is!!!

This week our north facing point breaks have lit up with initially the smallest of swells finding shape on the amassed sand bottoms. Early on the wind wasn’t doing any favours but eventually it all came together. I’m sure close up there were some amazing images to be captured but I must be honest I just wanted to be in the water, so most of the images are from a distance due to me wanting to be closer to my car so I could trade the lens for a board and score with everyone else! Hope there were some others out there collecting the gold.

As I type the open beaches are perfect so if this lands in your inbox and you can escape for 30 min, go get some. I’m off to take photos of a client, I’ve already added 50% to his bill for causing me to miss out. Just kidding if your reading Todd !

Have a great long weekend everyone,
